At Oude Compagnies Post, Home of Swanepoel Wines, we take great care in crafting and packaging every bottle. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from your purchase date.
If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that opened bottles, used items, gift cards, and promotional items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it. We’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your parcel and to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your wines arrive damaged or you receive something different from what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Your Return
If you need to send something back to us, please courier your parcel to: Oude Compagnies Post, Twee Jonge Gezellen Rd, Tulbagh, 6820.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of the return courier may be deducted from the final refund amount (where applicable).
